Which products should I start with?+
Most people start with the Curl Shampoo and Conditioner, then add the Leave-In Curl Cream for definition and the Curl Foam for volume and hold.
Are your formulas suitable for all curl types?+
Yes. The Batana and Broccoli Curl Blend is formulated for wavy, curly and coily hair.
How do I place an order?+
Add the products you want to your basket, open the basket, then go to checkout and fill in your delivery details. You do not need an account, but creating one saves your details for next time.
How can I pay?+
You can pay cash on delivery, or by CliQ transfer to the alias BeKurly. Both options are shown at checkout.
Where do you deliver?+
We deliver across Jordan, and shipping is free on all orders over 55 JOD. For orders outside Jordan, contact us at hello@bekurly.com before ordering.
How do I track my order?+
We contact you on the phone number you enter at checkout to confirm your order and arrange delivery. You can also email hello@bekurly.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email hello@bekurly.com or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
